Counselling allows you to talk, share how you feel and explore where these feelings have come from. My name is Claire and I provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly without fear of criticism, allowing you to navigate a way through your difficulties.

My intregrative approach draws from various schools of thought, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

This allows me to address a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and personal growth. I tailor my methods to align with your goals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where healing and growth can take place.
